Cancellation Policy
There will be no REFUNDS or ROOM CREDITS for unused services, meals missed or nights of stay unused.
In the event of notification of cancellation – the following cancellation fee shall apply to the full value of the booking:
More than 30 days prior to arrival : 10% cancellation fee (Admin fee)
15 days to 30 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee
14 days or less – prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fee
