Our Rates Include:
- 2 safari drives daily
- 3 meals daily
- Transfer to and from the lodge
- Welcome drink on arrival

Our Rates Exclude:
- ALL Beverages from the Bar (ALL drinks on game drive are for your own account)
- The Nambiti Conservation Levy R 200.00 per adult per night &R 100.00 per child (04 – 12 yrs) per night
- Gratuities for Lodge Staff and Rangers

- Arrival at Woodlands Gate strictly from 13h00
(please remember to call us when you are travelling through Ladysmith) - Lunch is available on arrival between 13h00-14h30
- Check into Tents after Lunch

Cancellation Policy:
- No REFUNDS or ROOM CREDITS for unused services, meals missed or nights of stay unused.
- In the event of cancellation – the following cancellation policy is applied to the full value of the booking:
More than 30 days prior to arrival : 10% cancellation fee (Admin fee)
15 days to 30 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee
14 days or less – prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fee
