Cancellation Policy:
- No REFUNDS or ROOM CREDITS for unused services, meals missed or nights of stay unused.
- Any booking cancellations whether due to an emergency or effects of current world events will be handled in accordance to our cancellation policy.
- In the event of cancellation – the following cancellation policy is applied to the full value of the booking:
More than 30 days prior to arrival : 10% cancellation fee (Admin fee)
15 days to 30 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee
14 days or less – prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fee
